Cole Medicolegal was founded by Dr Adamina Ivcovici (PhD), whose nearly two decades of clinical experience, alongside research and teaching practice in the field of healthcare improvement, have shaped our practice’s commitment to excellence. Adamina’s career has spanned clinical roles, healthcare research, consumer representation, occupational injury case management, the leadership of multidisciplinary teams delivering functional capacity evaluations, and teaching masters level programs.

Adamina’s work over the last 5 years has been instrumental in ensuring fair and equitable funding for participants’ plans within the National Disability Insurance Scheme, as well as just compensation for clients with work-related injuries and occupational diseases.

Cole Medicolegal comprises a highly experienced multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals with expertise in medicolegal reporting which is grounded in clinical experience and ongoing clinical practice.
